E811 Runs 4th Due on 3-Alarm Townhouse Fire
At 1243 while returning from logistics E811 was alerted as the 4th due engine at Aerospace Dr. and Greenbelt Rd. in Co. 18’s area.
While en route a column of smoke could be seen in the area and A819 went on scene with heavy fire from a townhome complex under construction.
E811 laid a 900 ft. LDH line from Forbes and Aerospace to Aerospace and Hubble. Once that line was in place E811 repositioned to Hubble and Dorsey where they took their own hydrant and set up water supply for Tower 819.
While supplying T819 we then set up the deluge monitor to assist AT819 and set up another water supply for T837.
E811 operated for 7 hours supplying various master stream devices.
